Required Short Disclosure

1. What Are Uevar Points?

Uevar Points ("Points") are a promotional loyalty credit issued by Uevar Inc. solely to reward engagement with the Uevar platform.

Points are:

• A promotional credit with no cash value and no equivalent in any currency.
• Not legal tender. Points cannot be used to pay any debt or obligation.
• Not a security under federal or state law. Points do not represent any ownership interest, investment contract, or right to any financial return.
• Not transferable. Points may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another person or account. Any attempted transfer is void.
• Not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
• Revocable. Uevar may reduce, forfeit, cancel, or expire your Points at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of the Points program, with or without notice.
• Subject to expiration. Points that have been inactive for 12 months may expire without notice. Uevar will endeavor to provide advance notice of expiration where practicable.

2. No Gambling or Sweepstakes

Points are not awarded through a sweepstakes, lottery, or contest. No purchase or payment is required to create an account or earn Points. Because there is no required consideration, no element of chance, and no prize of monetary value, the Points program is not a sweepstakes or prize promotion under applicable state or federal law. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How Points Are Earned

Points are currently awarded for the following activities. The values below are the current schedule and may be updated from time to time. The current schedule is also displayed within the application.

Uevar may add, modify, or remove earning activities at any time. Points are credited at Uevar's sole discretion after the qualifying activity is verified. Uevar reserves the right to reverse Points credited in error or as a result of fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Redemption

Points may be redeemable for merchandise or other benefits made available by Uevar from time to time. When redemption options are offered, the available items, eligibility requirements, and applicable Official Rules will be displayed in the application. Any promotional sweepstakes component (if applicable) will include an Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") that requires no purchase or payment, consistent with applicable prize promotion laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Uevar makes no guarantee that any specific redemption option will be available at any given time or that any specific Points balance will qualify for any redemption benefit.

5. Program Modification and Termination

Uevar may modify, suspend, or terminate the Points program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination of the Points program, all outstanding Points will be cancelled without compensation. Uevar is not liable for the value of any Points cancelled in connection with program termination.

6. Fraud and Abuse

Any attempt to earn Points through fraud, manipulation, automation, multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or any other abuse of the Points program will result in: (a) forfeiture of all Points earned; (b) suspension or termination of your account; and (c) any other remedies available to Uevar at law or in equity.

7. Account Closure

If your Uevar account is closed — whether by you or by Uevar — all Points are immediately and permanently forfeited. No compensation is provided for forfeited Points.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in connection with Points. Uevar does not provide tax advice. Consult a tax professional if you have questions about the tax treatment of promotional credits.

9. Governing Terms

This Points Policy is incorporated into and governed by the Uevar Terms of Use. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Use control. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
